Fixed-Scope Engagements, Transparent Fees

Every Sterling & Whitaker engagement is scoped and priced before any work begins. We don't operate on open-ended retainers — you know exactly what you're buying, what we'll deliver, and when the project ends. All prices below are fixed project fees in euros, inclusive of all sessions, deliverables, and the four-week post-handover support window. VAT at the standard Irish rate applies. For organisations requiring ongoing monthly advisory support after the initial build, we offer a separate quarterly retainer — ask us for details on the discovery call.

Pricing Questions We Hear Often

Transparency is central to how we work — here are the details people typically ask about before committing.

Can we pay in instalments?

Yes. For the Professional and Enterprise tiers, we offer a 50/50 payment structure: 50% at project kickoff and 50% at final delivery and sign-off. The Foundation tier is invoiced in full at kickoff. All invoices include standard 30-day payment terms.

What if our project scope changes mid-engagement?

We scope projects carefully at the outset to minimise this, but if genuine requirements change during an engagement we'll issue a written change order with the additional cost clearly stated before any extra work begins. We have never applied retrospective charges.

Is VAT included in these prices?

No. The listed fees are exclusive of Irish VAT. VAT at 23% will be added to invoices for Irish-registered clients. EU clients outside Ireland may apply the reverse charge mechanism under their own jurisdiction. Non-EU clients are not subject to Irish VAT.
